is believed that hanging prayer flags
is certain to yield greater peace, happiness,
and good health, and good fortune for
oneself and for whom you are praying while
hanging. The prayer flag must be put on
the high mountains where much prayer are
being performed and the place becomes
a place of spiritual energy. Till the
Prayer flag stays put there one gets the
energy of good fortune and helps in all
aspects of life. Therefore it is important
that one continuously puts fresh prayer
flag at the place of energy on an auspicious
day.
The prayer flags have a lot of prayers,
and those prayers are taken by the wind.
This harmonizes the whole environment.
Basically, this is conservation of the
environment, respecting the environment.

In the corners these flags are images
of Tiger, Snow lion, Garuda, and Dragon.
In the center is a horse, around which
was written a mantra saying,

and increase the power of life, influence,
fortune, wealth, health, and so forth."

good luck and help to accomplish the goals

the prayer flag is hanged.
Prayer Flags are flown by almost every
Buddhist on important occasions such as
the third day of the Tibetan New Year,
marriages, and official functions,
New Business inauguration and for smooth
running of Life. Flags are also hoisted
in the event of interferences, or illness,
in order to avert further misfortunes.
